Puttu - Puttu is a steamed rice flour-based dish which is a key breakfast menu item in Kerala.Traditionally puttu was made in bamboo logs and this gave the puttu a lovely aroma.
Puttu generally consists of rice flour, coconut, water and salt. However, several recipes like banana mixed powder, corn etc are variants apart from rice flour.
